Dieses Blutausstrich-Präparat zeigt verschiedene kernhaltige weiße Zellen des peripheren Blutes inmitten blaßrot angefärbter kernloser Erythrozyten. Die Erythrozyten, die sich als bikonkave Scheiben mit blasser Zellmitte darstellen, besitzen keinen Zellkern und keine Zellorganellen. Beachten Sie die Relation der Größe von Erythrozyten (Durchmesser ~ 7,5 µm) im Verhältnis zu den kernhaltigen weißen Blutzellen.

Pappenheim stain

Pappenheim stain is a combination of May-Grünwald and Giemsa stains. They are the stains generally used for blood smears.

Dyes:

The May-Grünwald stain contains the dyes eosin and methylene blue.
The Giemsa stain contains the dyes eosin, methylene blue, methylene azure and methylene violet.

Blut besteht aus einem flüssigen Anteil, dem Blutplasma und den darin suspendierten weißen und roten Blutzellen, den Leukozyten und Erythrozyten. Zu den geformten Blutbestandteilen gehören weiterhin die Blutplättchen, die Thrombozyten.

Als Hämatokrit bezeichnet man den Anteil der geformten Blutbestandteile am Blutvolumen. Er beträgt 41-46 %. Da die Gesamtheit der weißen Blutzellen (Granulozyten, Lymphozyten, Monozyten) nur ca. 1% der geformten Bestandteile ausmacht, wird er für gewöhnlich mit dem Anteil der Erythrozyten am Blutvolumen gleichgesetzt.

You should then decide what structure this could be. To check your result, simply click the appropriate square, and the correct label will appear. The option “marked” allows you to see all labels for all structures simultaneously. These can be removed by clicking “unmarked”. This reactivates the dynamic labels.
